Milan - Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) announces that the Board of Directors, which convened today, has resolved to postpone all decisions regarding the co-opting of a new Director and the appointment of a new Chairman, following the recent and premature death of its Chairman Gilberto Benetton.

Decisions on such matters are thus deferred to the next Board meeting, which is likely to be held in December.
