Milan , 06 September 2011 - Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) announces that Maurizio Manca has resigned from his directorship of the Company, for personal reasons and with immediate effect. A non-executive director who was also an independent director as defined in art. 147, clause 4, and art. 148, clause 3, TUF, and art. 3, Issuers’ Code of Corporate Governance, Manca at the same time relinquishes his membership of the Board’s Human Resources and Strategy and Investments committees.
Autogrill chairman Gilberto Benetton thanked the outgoing director for his work for the Company.
