Camillo Rossotto, Corporate General Manager of Autogrill, appointed "Dirigente Preposto" (executive responsible for the drafting of the company's accounting documents)

Milan – The Board of Directors of Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM), convened today, pursuant to art. 18 of the Company’s by-laws appointed Camillo Rossotto – Corporate General Manager in charge of administration, finance, control and business services since November 2018 – as the new “Dirigente Preposto” (i.e. executive responsible for the drafting of the company’s accounting documents) and assigned to him the tasks, responsibilities and resources provided for in art. 154-bis, legislative decree 58, 24th February 1998.

The appointment is effective from February 8, 2019. The post was assigned for an indeterminate period subject to revocation for cause or other forfeiture events provided for in the relevant laws and regulations.
