Milan, 24 February 2005 - Autogrill SpA (Milano: AGL IM) announces that the date of the Board of Directors which will examine and approve the consolidated financial statements of the Autogrill Group and proposed statutory financial statements of Autogrill SpA for the year ended December 31, 2004 has been moved to March 21st 2005.
