Calendar of company events for 2005 updated

Milan, 27 July 2005 - The meeting of the Board of Directors of Autogrill S.p.A. (Milano: AGL IM) on 29th July will review the preliminary figures for the 1st half financial statements, whereas the 1st half report, to 30th June, will be approved on 22nd September to enable the Company to complete the adoption of international accounting standards relating to interim statements (IAS 34).
