Autogrill’s board of directors approve modifications to the by-laws to assimilate new legislation on shareholders’ rights

Milan , 15 December 2010 - The Board of directors of Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) has approved a number of  mandatory modifications to the Company’s by-laws regarding shareholders’ rights as contemplated in new Italian legislation under decree law 27, 27th January 2010, which enforces Directive 2007/36/CE.
