Milan – Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) announces that the parent company of the Group has within its organisation the new position of Corporate General Manager, in charge of the Company’s administration, finance and control and directly reporting to Gianmario Tondato Da Ruos, Managing Director, General Manager and CEO of Autogrill S.p.A..
On next November 12th the CEO will propose to the Board of Directors the appointment of Camillo Rossotto as Corporate General Manager of Autogrill S.p.A. as well as his appointment as Sole Director of Autogrill Advanced Business Services S.p.A., the subsidiary providing supporting services for the Group.
Camillo Rossotto can boast a long, significant experience, both internationally and in Food & Beverage. Born in Turin in 1962, with a degree in Political Science from Turin University and an MBA from NYU, Stern School of Business, Rossotto served as CFO at Barilla, as CFO of Fiat Auto at FCA group, then in Chicago-based CNH Global NV, and lastly as CFO for RAI, the Italian National Broadcasting Corporation, where he was also in charge of the IPO process of Rai Way, the company he became Chairman of. Rossotto joins Autogrill from Lavazza, where he served as CFO since January 2016.
The appointment of Camillo Rossotto will be a further step in the managerial enhancement process of the Group.
