Autogrill quarterly report: EBITDA, pre-tax profit and cash flow on the rise.

Milan, 12 November 2003 - The Board of Directors of Autogrill S.p.A., at today's meeting chaired by Gilberto Benetton, approved the report for the third quarter 2003. During the third quarter, which constitutes peak season for Autogrill, the group enjoyed a significant increase in profitability mainly due to its successful commercial efforts and operational improvements.
