Autogrill: no case pending with the Antitrust

Milano, 02 September 2004 - With regard to the article published this morning in Il Sole 24 Ore, under the headline “Autogrill, Tesauro fa il bis” (“Autogrill, Tesauro does it again”), the company said that Autogrill had no case pending with the Antitrust authority nor had it appealed to the administrative courts against the authority other than in connection with recent authority rulings on authorization requests concerning a number of service areas. On this latter matter, the Lazio regional administrative tribunal found for the company. The information published by Il Sole 24 Ore does not correspond to the facts.
