Autogrill draft 2000 financial statements available by march 31st 2001

Milano, 14 February 2001 - Autogrill announces that it is availing itself of the faculty granted under Article 82 of the Consob (Italian corporate and stock-market surveillance body) regulation. This means that it is exonerated from publishing a quarterly report as at December 31st since it will make the full-year draft operating financial statements and consolidated financial statements available at its registered offices and c/o Borsa Italian SpA by March 31st 2001.
