Autogrill contracts two loans from Mediobanca totalling €500 million

Milan, 29 June 2005 -Autogrill S.p.A. (Milano: AGL IM) has entered two loan contracts with Mediobanca S.p.A. (Milano: MB IM) worth an overall €500m.

The two Euribor-indexed variable rate contracts will provide:

• a 10-year 200m loan involving a single, full repayment on maturity;
• a 7-year €300m revolving credit line.

The operation enables the Company to refinance the short-term credit line contracted with the acquisition of Aldeasa. The average maturity of Autogrill’s debt thus passes from four to six years.
