Autogrill calendar of company events for 2006

Milano, 20 January 2006 - Milan, 20th January 2006 - Autogrill S.p.A. (Milano: AGL.IM) announces1 its financial disclosures calendar for 2006, indicating when the Company’s accounts will be examined and approved by the Board of Directors and the Shareholders’ Meeting:

  • March 15, 2006: propose financial statements of Autogrill Spa and consolidated financial statements of Autogrill Group as of 31 December 2005;
  • April 27, 2006: Shareholders’ meeting to approve 2005 financial statements (1st call);
  • May 2, 2006: Shareholders’ meeting to approve 2005 financial statements (2nd call);
  • May 10, 2006: report on quarter to March 31, 2006;
  • July 26, 2006: preliminary results as of June 30, 2006;
  • September 6, 2006: report on 1st half, as of June 30, 2006;
  • November 8, 2006: report on quarter to September 30, 2006.

Pursuant to art. 82, clause 2, Consob Resolution 11971/1999, the Company intends to avail itself of exemption from publication of quarterly reports as of December 31, 2005 and June 30, 2006, by disclosing:

  • draft consolidated and statutory financial statements within 90 days of the close of the financial year; 1st half report within 75 days of the close of the 1st half of the financial year.
