Autogrill awarded two new motorway travel plazas in Indiana

Milan, 15 February 2005 - Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) said that its North American subsidiary, HMSHost Corp., had been awarded new food service and retail concession rights at the Henry Schricker and George Craig travel plazas on the Indiana Toll Road. The contract was awarded by the Indiana Department of Transportation and is expected to generate cumulative revenues in excess of $ 60 million over the period from 2005 to 2015. Operations at both plazas began on 1 February. As a result of the new contract, 13 US toll roads (out of a total of 17) are now served by 91 HMSHost travel plazas. The company also operates18 travel plazas on the only 2 Canadian motorways with traveler services.
