Autogrill acquisition of Passaggio Holding duly completed

Milano , 27 December 2000 - Autogrill, the food and beverages company owned by the Benetton family, today completed the transfer of the entire stock of Passaggio Holding AG, a company based in Zurich and leader in the Swiss airport, rail station and motorway catering business. Passaggio Holding was sold to Autogrill by Switzerland’s Bon appétit group. In 1999 Passaggio reported revenues of 167 million euro through about 100 outlets in 30 locations and with 2,600 employees.
