Born in Turin in 1965, she graduated in business administration at “La Sapienza” - University of Rome and completed her management training at INSEAD Fontainebleau.
She began her career at PromoMedia Italia in 1988 and in 1990 joined Telecom Italia Group, where she held managerial positions of increasing responsibility in business development, international operations and finance. In 2011 she was made Head of the Mobile Services Business Unit (TIM) and in 2013 was appointed CEO at Sparkle Group.
From 2015 to 2016 she worked in Argentina as CEO at Telecom S.A., the leading provider of telecommunication and digital services in Latin America.
She was chairman of Personal S.A., LanMed Nautilus Ltd. and TIS North America Inc. and a director of Avea Turkey and StetHellas.
She is currently a director of Open Fiber SpA.
